Network and data
StayinWifi devices run on Turkcell's 4G/5G network and work in cities, resorts and on the road across Turkey. Data is unlimited. The service covers the everyday needs of a trip for you and your companions, such as navigation, WhatsApp, email, video calls and social media, and is not intended as a replacement for home internet. The device works only inside Turkey.
Because your phone simply joins a WiFi network, your own SIM stays in place and your number keeps working for calls and messages.
The device
Setup takes seconds: switch the device on, enter the WiFi password shown on its screen and start browsing. Any WiFi device can connect, including smartphones, tablets and laptops, with up to 6 connected at the same time. If you change phones during the trip, just connect the new one. The battery lasts 8–10 hours on average, and the power bank in the box keeps you going on long days. Larger groups can book more than one device.
Pick-up and return points

Booking, payment and extension
You book online: choose your pick-up point, your dates and the number of devices. Prices are shown before you pay, with no hidden fees, and rentals can be daily, weekly or monthly, with a discount for longer rentals. Payment is by credit or debit card with 3D Secure. If you need more days, you can extend the rental online, and our support team answers 24/7 on WhatsApp, weekends included.
