Which devices can connect?
Anything with WiFi: smartphones, tablets, laptops, e-readers and cameras. There is nothing to install and no settings to change.
How many pocket WiFi devices do I need?
One device connects up to 6 devices, which is enough for most families and small groups travelling together. If your group splits up during the day, rent one device for each group, because the devices must stay within WiFi range.

Is the internet really unlimited?
Yes, there is no data limit or quota. In line with the fair usage policy, speed may be reduced in case of excessive use.
Do I need a SIM card?
No. The device has a SIM card built in, so there is nothing to buy or insert.
How long does the battery last?
About 8–10 hours on average. The powerbank in the box keeps it running on long days.
Does it work outside Turkey?
No, the device works only in Turkey.
Is the connection secure?
Yes. The WiFi network is password protected and is used only by you and the devices you connect.
