How pocket WiFi rental works
Book before you fly, collect your device when you land and stay online for the whole trip. Here is the whole process, from booking to return.
Rent a pocket WiFi in 4 steps

Book online
Choose your dates, your pick-up and return point and how many devices you need. Pay securely by card with 3D Secure. Your device is reserved and ready when you arrive.

Pick up your device
Collect it at the airport pick-up point you chose or have it delivered to your hotel or Airbnb. Airport pick-up points are open 24/7. Bring your passport.

Connect
Switch the device on, choose its WiFi network on your phone and enter the password shown on the device screen. Up to 6 devices can be online at the same time.

Return it
At the end of your trip, return the device with the powerbank, charging cable and adapter at the return point you chose.

You choose the pick-up point and the return point separately when you book, so you can collect the device at one place and return it at another.

Good to know before you travel
- No phone settings to change: any device with WiFi can connect.
- You keep your own phone number and SIM card for calls and messages.
- The battery lasts 8–12 hours; use the powerbank in the box for long days.
- The device works only in Turkey.
Tips for booking your StayinWifi pocket WiFi online
Booking with StayinWifi (Stay in WiFi) takes a few minutes, and a little planning makes the day you land easier.
- Book before you fly. Devices are reserved for your dates, and in the busy summer months it is wise to book well ahead.
- Match the pick-up point to your arrival. Choose Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen or Trabzon Airport if you want to be online from arrival, or hotel and Airbnb delivery if you prefer.
- Count your devices. One device connects up to 6 phones, tablets and laptops; larger groups can book more than one.
- Pay by card. Payment is by credit or debit card with 3D Secure.

Rental length, cancellation and delivery details
You can rent a device for a few days, a week or a month: you set the period with the start and end date, and longer rentals get a discount. Rental starts from €5.90 per day. Airport pick-up and return run 24/7, so choose the day you land as the start date and the day you fly home as the end date, even for night flights. Staying longer than planned? The rental can be extended.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental. You see the order summary before you pay, and a discount or referral code can be entered during booking.
- Bursa office: besides the airports and hotel delivery, you can collect and return the device at our Bursa office, or have it shipped to an address in Turkey.
- Hotel or Airbnb delivery: have the hotel or residence name, room number and street, plus the province and district, ready, and give a mobile number with its country code so we can reach you about the delivery.
- Plan the return first: if your last night is in a different city from your first, choose a return point or a collection address that suits the end of your trip. The device can also be collected from your hotel.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change any settings on my phone?
No. Connect to the device's WiFi network with the password shown on its screen, as you would with any WiFi.
Can I pick up and return at different places?
Yes. You choose the pick-up point and the return point separately when you book.
What do I need to bring to pick up the device?
Your passport. Airport pick-up points are open 24/7.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp before your return date and we will send you a link to pay for the extra days.
What do I return at the end?
The device together with the powerbank, charging cable and adapter.
