How pocket WiFi rental works

Book before you fly, collect your device when you land and stay online for the whole trip. Here is the whole process, from booking to return.

Rent a pocket WiFi in 4 steps

1. Book online

   Choose your dates, your pick-up and return point and how many devices you need. Pay securely by card with 3D Secure. Your device is reserved and ready when you arrive.

2. Pick up your device

   Collect it at the airport pick-up point you chose or have it delivered to your hotel or Airbnb. Airport pick-up points are open 24/7. Bring your passport.

3. Connect

   Switch the device on, choose its WiFi network on your phone and enter the password shown on the device screen. Up to 6 devices can be online at the same time.

4. Return it

   At the end of your trip, return the device with the powerbank, charging cable and adapter at the return point you chose.

Where you can pick up and return

You choose the pick-up point and the return point separately when you book, so you can collect the device at one place and return it at another.

Good to know before you travel

• No phone settings to change: any device with WiFi can connect.
• You keep your own phone number and SIM card for calls and messages.
