By renting a Stay in Wifi Pocket WiFi device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Stay in Wifi Pocket WiFi rental service. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Stay in Wifi Pocket WiFi is a portable mobile WiFi device designed to provide reliable internet access during your travels. The device is intended to meet the everyday internet needs of you, your family, and your travel companions, including web browsing, navigation, WhatsApp, email, video calls, social media, and other daily internet activities. The Pocket WiFi device is not designed to be used as a replacement for home internet. Usage scenarios requiring continuous, high-intensity data consumption, similar to a fixed internet connection, are outside the scope of this service.
2. Unlimited Internet and Fair Usage Policy
Stay in Wifi packages are offered as Unlimited Internet. However, as with all mobile networks, a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is applied in order to ensure the sustainability of our service.
- The unlimited internet service is provided based on an average daily usage of up to 15 GB per month.
- Usage is periodically analyzed and reviewed by the mobile operator every 10 days.
- If average daily usage consistently exceeds this level, or if the service is used in a manner that causes intensive data consumption beyond its intended purpose, the operator may reduce the connection speed, temporarily suspend the relevant line, or terminate the service entirely.
- The Fair Usage Policy is applied to ensure that all users can benefit from the service fairly, safely, and sustainably.
3. Usage Rules
The Pocket WiFi device is designed solely for normal individual and travel-related use. The following types of usage are considered outside the intended purpose of the service:
- Continuous downloading or uploading of large-sized files.
- Use of torrent or other P2P applications.
- Downloading console or computer games.
- Large software or operating system updates.
- Intensive use of IPTV or similar continuous video streaming services.
- Connecting to Smart TVs, televisions, or media devices for long, uninterrupted streaming, or leaving the device continuously powered on for this purpose.
- Using the device as a permanent replacement for home internet.
- Commercial use, server hosting, or any activity resulting in excessive data consumption.
- Any intensive data usage that negatively affects the normal use of the network.
The Pocket WiFi is a portable mobile internet device developed to meet the daily internet needs of you, your family, and your travel companions.
4. Connection Capacity
Please note the following regarding device connectivity and performance:
- A maximum of 6 devices can be connected to the Pocket WiFi device at the same time.
- Connection performance may vary depending on the coverage area in your region, mobile network density, signal strength, and the number of connected devices.
5. Loss, Damage, and Non-Return
The renter is responsible for the device and all accessories delivered with it throughout the rental period. A fee of €200 for the device will be charged in the following cases:
- Loss of the device.
- Theft of the device.
- Severe damage to the device.
- Return of the device with missing accessories.
- Failure to return the device at the end of the rental period.
6. Fair Usage Policy Violation
Stay in Wifi applies a Fair Usage Policy in order to maintain service quality and ensure that all users can benefit from the service fairly. If the Fair Usage Policy is violated, the service is used outside its intended purpose, or the operator detects excessive data consumption, the relevant line or Pocket WiFi service may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated by the operator. Lines suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Use can only be reactivated through Stay in Wifi. A reactivation and technical review service fee of €50 applies. The line will not be reactivated until this fee has been paid. Stay in Wifi reserves the right to decide whether or not to reactivate the service for users who have violated these Terms of Use.
7. Network and Service Quality
Internet speed and coverage may vary depending on the local mobile operator infrastructure, signal strength, network density, and environmental conditions in your region. Stay in Wifi is not responsible for disruptions caused by mobile operator network outages, coverage issues, maintenance work, natural disasters, force majeure events, or issues arising from third-party service providers.
