Delivery to your hotel, Airbnb or residence
Hotel and Airbnb delivery and return run 24/7. When you book, choose hotel delivery and enter the address where you are staying:
- the hotel or residence name, or the Airbnb address;
- your room or flat number and the street;
- the province and district, so the courier finds you easily.
Once the device arrives, switch it on, enter the WiFi password shown on the screen and you are online. Setup takes seconds, and every phone and laptop in your group can join the same network.
European side or Asian side
Istanbul stretches across two continents, and where you stay changes what is most convenient. Delivery works to an address on either side of the Bosphorus, so you do not have to cross the city to collect your device.
- European side (Sultanahmet, Beyoğlu, Taksim, Şişli, Beşiktaş): hotel or Airbnb delivery, or pick-up at Istanbul Airport (IST).
- Asian side (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir): hotel or Airbnb delivery, or pick-up at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).
The device works all over Istanbul and the rest of Turkey, so a move from one side of the city to the other, or a day trip out of town, needs no second rental.
Returning the device in Istanbul
Your return does not have to happen where the device was delivered. You choose the return point when you book:
- Collection from an address: we pick the device up from your hotel, Airbnb or another address.
- Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW): return it 24/7 on your way home.
- A different point: start at your hotel and finish at an airport, or the other way round.
Please return everything from the box: the device, power bank, charging cable and adapter. A fee applies to lost or unreturned items; the details are in our FAQ.

Why a hotel delivery makes sense in Istanbul
Hotel WiFi is fine for checking email in your room, but it stays behind when you walk out of the door. A pocket WiFi goes with you from breakfast to the last ferry back:
- One device for the whole family or group, up to 6 devices at once.
- 8–10 hours of battery, plus a power bank in the box for long days out.
- An embedded SIM: nothing to buy, insert or register.
- Your own number stays active for calls and messages.

Price and booking
Rental starts from €5.90 per day, with no hidden fees; every price is shown on the website before you pay. Rent for a few days, a week or a month; longer rentals get a discount. Payment is taken with secure 3D card payment, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours.
Book on the booking form: choose hotel delivery, your dates and how many devices you need. A larger group can simply book more than one device.
Our support team answers 24/7 on WhatsApp, weekends included, whether you want to change the delivery address or arrange a collection. For a wider look at getting online in the city, read our guide to internet in Istanbul, or see all pick-up and return locations.
Quick questions about staying connected
Does it work outside Istanbul?
Yes, everywhere in Turkey: a weekend in Cappadocia or a trip to the coast works with the same device. It does not work outside Turkey, so it stays behind when you fly home.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. Internet is unlimited under a fair usage policy: for normal travel use such as maps, messaging, social media and video calls you will not notice it, but speed may be reduced after excessive use. The device is meant for travel, not as a replacement for home broadband.
Which network does it use?
The device runs on Turkcell's 4G/5G network. Your connection is a private WiFi protected by its own password, not a network shared with every guest in the building.
