How to Pick Up Your Pocket WiFi at Istanbul Airport

Pick-up happens on the arrivals level, after you've cleared the baggage hall. Have your passport ready.

1. Collect your luggage and leave the arrivals area.
2. Head to Exit Gate 13.
3. Look for sign M44 – our representative will be waiting for you there.
4. Show your passport and receive your WiFi device.

How to Return Your Device at Istanbul Airport

Returns are made on the Departures floor at the OH MY GIFT store, right next to check-in counter E. The pillars and counters in the main hall are marked with letters, so it's easy to find your way.

1. Enter the terminal on the Departures floor. The nearest entrances are Gate 3 and Gate 4.
2. If you come in through Gate 6, 7 or 8, walk to the right inside the departures hall. You'll pass counters H, G and F before reaching E.
3. Follow the counter letters in this order: H → G → F → E → D → C → B → A.
4. Hand the device over at OH MY GIFT, directly beside counter E.
5. Take a photo of the device or the return bag and send it to us on WhatsApp.
