Where conferences and trade fairs take place in Turkey

Istanbul

• Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) and the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center – two municipal venues facing each other in Harbiye (Şişli), linked by a passage. The congress center was built for the 2009 IMF and World Bank annual meetings.
• Istanbul Expo Center – the fairground in Yeşilköy (Bakırköy), next to the former Atatürk Airport, with its own stop on the M1A metro line.
• TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center – a large exhibition complex in Büyükçekmece, on the western edge of the European side.

Ankara

ATO Congresium, the convention and exhibition center of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, is on Söğütözü Boulevard in Çankaya.

İzmir

Fuar İzmir in Gaziemir is the city's exhibition center.

Antalya

ANFAŞ Antalya Expo Center in Aksu, a few kilometres north of Antalya Airport, hosts trade fairs, congresses and gala events.

Why a team brings its own connection

• Shared venue networks get busy. In a full hall, many visitors share the same WiFi, and some venues ask for a registration first.
• A stand has to stay online all day. Product demos, a lead scanning app or a shared document should not depend on a network you do not control.
• Roaming adds up. Each phone on roaming is billed separately; one pocket WiFi connects up to 6 devices at the same time.

Our devices run on the Turkcell and Türk Telekom networks. All devices support 5G and automatically switch to 4G where 5G isn't available. Actual speed depends on local mobile network coverage. Unlimited data. A fair use policy applies (see Terms).

How many devices does a group need?

• Count by team, not by person. Connect up to 6 devices at the same time. Larger groups book more than one device, for example one per stand or one per team that moves around the city separately.
• Plan for a long day. The battery lasts 8–12 hours on average. The StayinWifi rental package includes the portable WiFi device, a charging cable, an adapter, and a power bank.
• Book for the dates you are in Turkey, including arrival and departure days, so the team is online from the airport onwards.

Getting the devices: airport, office or delivery

• At the airport, 24/7: collect and return at Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen or Trabzon Airport.
• In Istanbul: same-day delivery to your hotel, Airbnb or an address in the city, or pick-up at our Istanbul office in Levent (every day 09:00–18:00).
• For events in Ankara, İzmir, Antalya and the rest of Turkey: devices are sent by cargo. Book at least 2 days before your start date. Shipping by cargo takes 2 days. Details on the delivery page.

For an event, devices can be booked for its dates and delivered to the venue or the hotel. At the end, return them at any of our pick-up points.
